La Mariposa is sourced from smallholder farms across Cauca, Nariño, Huila and Tolima, all growing above 1,450 metres, and decaffeinated using the Sugarcane EA process — ethyl acetate derived from fermented sugarcane molasses. No chemicals, no heat treatment.
