Hinba was born on the Isle of Seil — a small Hebridean island 30 minutes from Oban, connected to the mainland by the famous “Bridge over the Atlantic.” That’s where we learned to roast, where the values were shaped, and where the name comes from. In 2026 we moved our roastery to Glasgow to scale — but the soul of the Isle of Seil is in every bag we roast. Every Monday. Every week.
