Where is my order?
All orders are roasted on Monday and shipped that week. You'll receive a shipping confirmation by email. If it's been more than 5 working days, email us with your order number.
How do I manage my subscription?
Log into your account and open the Appstle portal to skip, pause, swap coffee or cancel. Takes under 30 seconds.
Can I apply for a wholesale account?
Yes. Use our wholesale enquiry form for the fastest response. We reply to all trade applications within one working day.
Do you supply commercial equipment?
Yes. We supply La Marzocco, Mahlkönig, WMF, Conti, Anfim, Puqpress and Marco via sale, lease or finance. Select Equipment in the form above.
Where can I buy Hinba coffee in person?
We have 8 locations across Scotland: four specialty coffee shops in Glasgow, a café in Oban, a bakery, Ziques and Tusco.
What grind should I order?
Whole bean is best with a grinder. For espresso machines choose Fine, for V60, AeroPress or Chemex choose Filter. See our full grind guide.
