Brazil, Donas
Grown by an all-female farming collective in the South of Minas Gerais — Bachião, Moraes and Oliveira — at between 1,060 and 1,260 metres. Natural process: the cherry dries whole on raised beds, and the fruit sugar works its way into the bean over weeks. The result is a coffee with real sweetness. Dark chocolate, caramel, a clean orange note at the finish.
Brews well on everything: espresso, filter, AeroPress. If you're new to speciality coffee, start here.
