Our premium single origin. The Roaster tier is the most interesting coffee we’re currently running — the lot we’re most excited about, chosen for complexity, traceability and character. The kind of coffee you put on the specials board, offer as a pour-over, or use to show a customer what speciality coffee actually means.We rotate the specific origin each season. The Roaster tier always comes from high-altitude farms (typically above 1,700 masl) with distinctive flavour profiles that reward attention. Not for every bar — but for the bars that want something worth talking about.Current origin: Uganda, Kisinga — Rwenzori Arabica Scheme members, Rwenzori Mountains. Natural process, 1,700–2,200 masl. Tasting notes of plum, cherry and dark chocolate.Available as 4 × 250g retail bags or 4kg service bags.
Grind guide +
Whole Bean: best if you have a grinder at home. Stays freshest longest.
Medium grind: V60, AeroPress, Chemex, Moka pot, cafetière, filter machines and drip brewers.
Fine grind: espresso machines including Sage, De’Longhi, La Marzocco and pressurised baskets.
