Our premium single origin. The Roaster tier is the most interesting coffee we’re currently running — the lot we’re most excited about, chosen for complexity, traceability and character. The kind of coffee you put on the specials board, offer as a pour-over, or use to show a customer what speciality coffee actually means.We rotate the specific origin each season. The Roaster tier always comes from high-altitude farms (typically above 1,700 masl) with distinctive flavour profiles that reward attention. Not for every bar — but for the bars that want something worth talking about.Current origin: Uganda, Kisinga — Rwenzori Arabica Scheme members, Rwenzori Mountains. Natural process, 1,700–2,200 masl.
